Chiso Tatto Commerce Suite
We built the Chiso Tatto ecosystem as a connected delivery platform with a customer-facing mobile app, internal operations dashboard, rider workflow app, and a backend designed for fast catalog and order operations.

Project Details
Chiso Tatto needed more than a marketing site. The product required a full ordering system that could support customer purchasing, rider coordination, and internal management from a single connected platform.
We delivered a customer mobile app for product discovery and ordering, a rider app for delivery-side execution, and a dashboard experience for monitoring orders, catalog operations, and day-to-day management across the business.

Project Research
The public app experience had to feel quick on mobile, since most users browse promotions, categories, and featured products from their phones. That shaped the information architecture toward fast access, lightweight flows, and minimal friction between browsing and order placement.
On the backend side, performance and responsiveness mattered across repeated catalog reads and order-state updates, so the system was structured around Java 25 with Redis caching to keep the platform responsive as operational load grows.
Project Results
The result is a complete delivery product stack instead of a single surface: customers can place orders in the mobile app, riders can manage delivery execution, and the operations team can coordinate the business from a dedicated dashboard.
This project shows our ability to build across the full product lifecycle, from customer-facing applications to operational tooling and backend architecture, with a system designed for ongoing iteration and production use.
